Apartment is located at Karl Marx street 21a. Karl Marx Street is one of the most beautiful streets in modern Minsk. It was rebuilt in the early nineteenth century considering city expansion southwesterly on the score of construction lines of the Moscow-Brest and Libava-Romny railroad and railway stations. The most actively street was rebuilt in the 20s - 30s years of the nineteenth century. Previously, the lumber was used as a building material till the fire in 1835, when the majority of buildings were burned down. After this accident the stone predominately became a major building material. Originally this street was called Podgronaya, after the revolution it was renamed Sverdlov street, and from 1922 the Karl Marx street. Almost all buildings were destroyed during the Great Patriotic War, and the street has been restored in postwar time.
